Becky Wallis

Becky Wallis set up Aquus just over six years ago and owns and runs the business. She has a BA Hons from Loughborough and also qualified in fitness & rehabilitation modules at Brooksby College, Leics. Becky ran the yard for the Corporation of London at Epping Forest where she was in charge of the welfare and care of the ridden keepers horses before setting up Aquus. She has experience in dealing with a variety of horses including having worked in Newmarket riding for William Jarvis. She has been a keen horse woman and has competed her own horses in dressage, team chasing and a bit of eventing.

Lyndsey Bell

Lyndsey Bell has been working for Aquus for the past year. She has a wealth of experience having worked for Hunting, showjumping, eventing and dressage yards. She also has experience in stud work and teaching. Lyndsey is freelance and has worked for the likes of Ms. Bollingbroke being in sole charge of her event horses that were being competed by Chris Hunnable. She is a keen horse woman and competes at showing classes riding for other people; she is a competent rider and can turn horses out to a high standard.

Emma Blackmore

Emma Blackmore is new to Aquus this year where she too provides a wealth of horse experience. Having been bought up in a family closely committed to Hunt service and actively involved in Hunting all her life, she is a competent rider and can turn horses out to a high standard. Emma too is freelance and brings with her positive experiences from working at other yards. Emma is also a carer for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues that she does alongside her shifts at Aquus.
